Polonnaruwa :
Is one of the most beautiful and well-arranged cities
in the country built during the 11th centaury AC. and was the 2^d
largest capital of our history. During this period there was a
vast improvement in the irrigational system. The king hand a vision
to make use of every drop of water, which fell from the sky, before
